检测的原理：试剂盒采用双抗体一步夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）
安全性：
1． 避免直接接触终止液和底物。如不小心接触到这些液体，请尽快用水冲洗。
2． 实验中不要吃喝、抽烟或使用化妆品。
3． 不要用嘴接触试剂盒里的任何成份。
4 Elisa试剂盒请远离儿童
自备物品：
1 、 37 ℃ 恒温箱
2 、 标准规格酶标仪
3 、 精密移液器及一次性吸头
4 、 蒸馏水
5 、 一次性试管
6 、 吸水纸
标本的处理：
（1）细胞培养上清液
根据需要用试剂盒中的标准稀释液稀释样品，然后按照说明书所述方法检测。推荐稀释浓度是稀释5倍。
（2）脑脊液
根据需要用试剂盒中的标准稀释液稀释样品，然后按照说明书所述方法检测。推荐稀释浓度是5倍。
（3）血浆
①用EDTA2K离心收集在真空血液收集管中的血液，5,000×g，15分钟，4℃，分离血浆样品，然后储存在零下80℃直到使用。
②用试剂盒中的标准稀释液5倍稀释血浆以避免血浆中的干扰物质影响检测，按照说明书指定方法检测。
性能:
1．准确性：标准品线性回归与预期浓度相关系数R值，大于等于0.9900。
2．灵敏度：最低检测浓度小于10 pg/ml。
3．特异性：不与其它可溶性结构类似物交叉反应。
4．重复性：板内、板间变异系数均小于15%。
贮藏：2-8℃，避光防潮保存。
有效期：6个月
